Background

Lago Lago was launched in 2022 by Chasing the Hihat at the Stroombroek nature area in Braamt. Set by the water, the festival transforms its surroundings into a vibrant playground where visitors can enjoy music and relaxation among the trees and at beachside stages. The festival has always aimed to create a multi-layered experience rather than simply a music event. Festivalgoers come for the music, but they stay for the full weekend experience. In order to sell and manage all the products and packages they envisioned, the Lago Lago team needed a ticketing provider that offered them the specific tools they needed.

Entrance tickets, tiered accommodation and transport from various hub cities could easily be sorted out in the ticket shop. Additionally, packages for restaurant, wellness and water sports were made available for purchase through an integration with Lago Lago’s own event app, giving attendees a simple way to enhance their weekend.

Lago Lago needed smooth crew and accreditation management to handle on-site staff efficiently and ensure that parking, access, and briefings were streamlined. They also wanted to integrate with their preferred event marketing platform to boost their reach.
