"Such a simple to use ticketing platform that has helped us as a charity immensely. I am responsible for the selling of tickets for one of the largest charity metal detecting events in Europe www.rodneycookmemorial.co.uk which supports cancer charities. Prior to Weeztix we managed this manualy via email and taking payments over the phone and via cheque. Since signing up to Weeztix which is FREE it has be a revalation. Hours upon hours have been saved for volunteers for a small fee for each ticket which we feel if very fair considering the amount of features you get from Weeztix. The QR code checking in tools available via app on apple and android work faultlessly for our marshalls and security checking in people to the event. The ability to set times for tickets to go on sale is great along with limiting the amount sold. Also being able to customise the headers for ticket shops and preview it on mobile prior to going live is a nice feature. Prior to Weeztix we did try other options but they either did not have the flexibility with the features or their were additional costs which we did not want to pay as being a charity. We have been using it now for 3 years for a multitude of events and raise over £500,000 without any issues using the platform. People who attend the events have praised how easy it is to place orders for tickets and save them via their phone rather than print off each ticket, which can also be dont. Setting up your first event can be a little daunting but once you have done one you easily pick up how simple it is and how everything links together. It takes less than half an hour to implement and events now take us minutes to setup. Technical support is second to none and Weeztix have always come back with any issues resolving them within the day and quicker if needed via live chat or email.
