Brand new tickets

We work with our second-hand partners, TicketSwap and Tixel. TicketSwap uses a system called SecureSwap, which was developed to prevent fraud by inhibiting the duplication of tickets on the second-hand market. Any Weeztix ticket sold through TicketSwap or Tixel is instantly invalidated. We then generate a brand new ticket for the new owner, including their personal details.

TicketSwap always uses SecureSwap, and the maximum resale markup is 20% on top of the original ticket price.

Tixel always checks all tickets for their validity, and the maximum resale markup is 20% on top of the original ticket price.

Sealed tickets

Sealed Tickets are tickets that can only be downloaded shortly before the event. The ticket buyer will receive an email once the tickets are available for download. Sealed Tickets cannot be resold through unregulated (social media) platforms, where most ticket fraud occurs. Protect your customers with Sealed Tickets.

Available a day in advance

Usually, the tickets become available for download a day before the event, depending on your preference.
