Ticket buyers now receive their tickets by email, and staff at the event can easily handle check-ins on their phones with the Weeztix Scan app. This eliminated the need for paper tickets and significantly improved the efficiency of their operations, which was particularly crucial as their event count grew to over 130 shows a month. Access to their customer data also allowed them to continue to build and target their audience.

Weeztix provided TuzBiber with the tools to implement seating plans within their ticketing system.
