After five years of partnership and more than 20,000 trees planted worldwide, funded by over €100,000 in voluntary donations from festival-goers, Weeztix and Trees for All are giving their collaboration a new name, a new partner, and a broader mission.
Together with the sustainability platform Go ZERO, the trio is launching Dance for Trees, an initiative that combines ticketing technology, climate expertise, and practical sustainability tools to help event organisers measure their footprint, engage their audience, and take concrete steps towards greener events.
As part of the launch, the partners have published a practical guide covering three key areas: measuring and reducing emissions, contributing to reforestation through ticketing, and using event data to drive smarter sustainability decisions.
